I can just picture this whole scene! Also entranced about the dandelions. How perfect.

Thank you for the beautiful words about dandelions. Of course they are the sun, moon, and stars. I can see it now. Also the squirrel. We had wonderful squirrels at our last house. I would stand on the back porch with peanuts in shells and a big grey one would calmly walk over and take it from my hand. They would rest their little mitt - with tiny, very sharp nails, on my finger before taking the peanut. As if saying thank you through their almost imperceptible touch. We now have a new home and a Yorkie so I can’t even say the word squirrel out loud 😂

"Squirrel vision"... 😂😂😂 That was great. It literally brought a smile to my face where before there had been NONE.

Ahhhh, I love this! I know how much you love squirrels and have wanted one inside. And Glosette eyes....perfect! I also love the thought of the dandelion being the sun, moon and stars. I always wondered why these flowers were considered weeds--to me, as well, they are beautiful. I will now forever think of them as part of our solar system.

I love all of this! Especially the noises Jade and A. made when the squirrel missed the goal. And I’d never heard the Jane Goodall advice about animals you’re not sure of the sex of. I’ll try to do it, although I admit dogs are always he and cats are always she in my head. Makes no sense, but there you are.
